The Operation Reform Summit takes a look at the issue of re-entry for former inmates. On the first day, Nov. 18, 2015 a panel discussion with three mayors, Jacksonville mayor Lenny Curry, Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum and Miami Gardens mayor Oliver Gilbert, III on "ban the box" initiatives that preclude employers asking job applicants about their criminal histories.
